I was taking my daughter to this dental office, but I notice that this office the only thing they care is the money. I been taking her since January 2018 until August 2019 for her braces and I stop taking her. My daughter was seen by doctor *** and one day they called me to reschedule because supposedly the doctor had an emergency the next time they did the same thing, until I got mad at them and they told me that they were looking for another Ortho because the other one had resign. I thought maybe the other doctor was going to be better but it's the same thing. When we have an appointment we have to wait for more that an hour to be seen. The last time we went the doctor was so busy that he was running back and forth. He never does anything to my daughter he only sees her and tells the assistants what to do, the assistants only changes the rubber bands and the wire and that is it. My husband and I talk to the doctor about my daughter still having an over bite and he said that they do not like to take any tooth out unless it is necessary. We honestly not happy with the work that they are doing on my daughter. A lot of the times my daughter tells me that the assistants sometimes they hurt her when they are doing the work, I don't know if they ha are licensed to do the work or not because we always see different people every time. What worries me more is that the metal thing on her teeth already started falling, the first time it felt was at school and we told the assistant and she said that net time they will put it on, well they never did and two days ago we were eating hamburgers and my daughter felt another metal thing while she was eating. I was glad she felt it and not swallow it. I was so mad because we are paying for the braces and we are not seen any improvement and plus it is very dangerous that they are falling and scared that one time she could swallow one of the metals. All the staff at that office are not professional.
