Sahara Pizza

Ordered on Easter to get a nice treat for the day. Received a call from their call center, woman desperately saying she didn't believe they were open for the holiday. So, we ordered from another restaurant. Called Sahara later to see about the refund because the charge had already gone through! They stated they would refund and we went about our business. Wednesday, called back to see where the refund was and no one had any knowledge of the situation and informed me it would be 3 days until the refund was processed. Sahara informed me that the call center shouldn't have called and took no responsibility for the situation, even said I didn't call on Sunday to get my refund originally. Now, a week later, call again to see where the refund is and have been informed it will be 10 business days until the refund will be processed. The only form of apology is that we can now have the food a week later at a 25% discount (on top of what we've already paid). Would never do business with Sahara Pizza or any of the people I saw working there, by the way, shouldn't they be wearing clean clothes?
