WhizKids Preschool formerly known as Sahuaro Preschool does not properly train their teacher aids, and violated their school handbook in not properly documenting incidents in an incident report They have untrustworthy workers and owners who made up a story of an incident that caused injury to our child After conducting what seemed to be a productive meeting to discuss our (parents) concerns they (WhizKids Director and Assistant Director) retaliated by kicking our daughter out of the school
For some reason instead of keeping their word on the simple changes they agreed to make with speaking with their teachers, adding additional security cameras in the play area and having the teacher who lied to us apologize they decided to not keep their word by being deceitful and dishonest

Our card was in fact charged, we never received a single response as the seller states via an email. We were never told the item was on backorder and it is still in fact on the website with no reference to a back order. Our receipt specifically states this bike will be shipped within 7-10 days as well. This business owner is a liar, conducts business poorly, misrepresents its products online and their availability and does not respond to customer inquiries. They also represent a customer service person will be online for questions and there is not one available, ever. We did receive a message this morning from Paypal that they would be transferring the money back into our account.

The item ordered was a backordered item. At times, we have bikes that are on back order and people wish to order and have delivered when they are in stock again. When an order is paid for with PayPal the funds go to me at the time the order is placed in contrast to...
a credit where the card is not charged until I ship the order.
I have responded in the past to one of the emails but do not recall the voice messages.
The PayPal funds were credited this morning when you filed the initial complaint with PayPal and your order has been canceled.
