I had received a call from this customer and he said that the product he bought was bad I asked him if he could please bring in that product and we would look at it, I further explained that we had no other complaints beside his on that productI have since never received nor has the gentlemen come in to bring the product so that we could examine his allegationsI had told him that if we found his product to be bad that we would refund his money and he further went on to say that he bought other products and wanted a refund for all of his products

I am rejecting this response because:with both , gas and time it's worth it to go out to them

Customer came in and ordered a cake when she came in to pick up the cake the name was misspelled and the clerk returned the cake and had the name spelled correctly.  They had advised the customer that if she was unsatisfied with the cake that they would refund...

her the money she paid and she did not need to purchase the cake.. Customer state that she would take the cake and that it was fine.  Two days later customer calls complaining that she was unsatisfied with the cake and that she wanted a full refund I asked her that if she was unsatisfied then why did she agree to take the cake and if she was unsatisfied why she did not return the cake.  She proceeded to yell profanity and I advised her that I would not talk to her if she was going to be talking in that manner,  Later in the day her mother and boyfriend came in and I explained that I could only refund a portion of the price because that had consumed the cake.  Three days later her mother came again with the customer and her boyfriend and accepted the refund and signed a paper accepting the refund and said she was fine with that and left in good terms.

Review: At the end of the month of Jan.2014 I [redacted] placed a cake order at Sahuayo Meat Market for Feb.8, 2014. The product was a snowwhite birthday cake that should of been ready Feb.8, 2014 @ 1pm. Cake was not ready and name was spelled wrong. So I ask to speak to manger who was not in. There for I spoke to person in charge at the monment in front of store. I informed her that my cake was not ready and spelled wrong if I could do something about my unsadifaction. Where even lady in back charge of bakeing said "oh [redacted]" knows they messed up. The lady informed me that I have to contact [redacted] and she who will refund me. So I walk to back to speak to baker lady but she bearly speaks english informing her it's okay I am going to go. Two lady walk out saying sorry. They say he shere and bring me the cake. I ask to again that "I will stilll get a discount or refund ?" she replies yes a refund. I believe she said refund because she know the cake was that bad. She hands me a bussiness card anf say call [redacted] on Monday, she sure will refund you. So I call Monda and [redacted] nyot in so I explain everything that happened. Young lady on phone was rud. She cut me off and started saying no they wrong we not refundong you. Yuo took the cake. I answered " okay but I wouldnt have took it your employee sais to. I would of rather got a cake at Walmart.". I took her told her I rathet talk to Alexandra when she in. She would not tell me. I said fine just tell me when she in I don't mind going in. She hung up on me. I kept try calling bak and sge says nothing we can do than hangs up. So I gove it time and call again she has het employee say she on lunch. I been a manger so I know somthing they can do and thats not the way to treat people in the business place.Desired Settlement: I [redacted] would like to resovle this matter by getting a refund. sorry for all spell check my cell cracked.

Review: I went to the store yesterday to buy some bread and muffins. When I got back to my home about 40 minutes later and began to eat the bread I realized it was bad. Once I took a bite the smell seeped out and I noticed it was moldy on the inside. All of the muffins we opened up to check where disgusting, already expired and moldy in the inside and my wife spent the rest of the night vomiting after eating a bite out of the muffin.Desired Settlement: I want my money back for the bread that I bought and to make sure this doesn't happen to anyone else.
