pasture grassesShe had put Bermuda in places (sod) it was not solidly placed and she failed to tell me it had not been down monthsI think it will come back in the spring.I was gone to Colorado to see my grandson who was injured in football practiceAs for called to the office we have two and a half secretaries who answer the phone from 8am to 5:pmAlso we have a recording if all are busy.Mrs*** also called in three days complaining we did not kill her weedsI had told her it would take about days to start seeing some resultsThen she started calling that I had killed her grassI told her she would get some burn which was normalI have done this kind of work for 1/years and do it every dayIf she had told me the grass in back yard (strip planted) had not been down for days we would not have treated it.We got rid of her weeds and grasses and she kept telling me I never told her it would get some burn but it would recoverHer back yard was nearly all weeds- once you kill goose grass you have a large burned out bare spots. I went the day Mr*** asked me to look at yard, Wednesday October 25, I then planned to order a pallet of just to satisfy Mrs*** unfortunately our grass man in Marble Falls went out of businessWe have looked and found a pallet of in Cedar Park and BurnetI would not want to put it down until the spring as grass is going dormant now .The plant she claims we killed this is the first we have heard about itShe expects instant results and I have been there several times but she demand results "right now".Thank YouAmerica's Best Pest Control, Inc. *** ***President/Owner

I am rejecting this response because:I was giving time for my husband in Afghanistan to look at the response. I would like to reopen the case since nothing has been done by the company to resolve our issue. I think that he will have to wait until the spring to get the sod to repair our lawn. I am afraid that since the case was closed, the owner will just “write me off” and never do anything. He has issues with his attitude toward customers, and he doesn’t remember a lot of things that he says/or doesn’t say/or what I have said. For this reason, I would like to reopen the case until all is resolved. I feel that he needs mediation in order to complete the resolution. Thank you!
