I wanted to write this review so that the rest of the their clients understand what they are getting into working with this company
My husband and I are relocating from Orlando to the Palm Beach areaI contacted them indirectly from a third party site (Zillow) about a few homes I was interested inAfter meeting the realtor, ***, I was very excited to work with himHe was very friendly, forthcoming, and honestMy husband and I had reservations about the home he showed due to the lack of fencing of a very open back yardWe have a month old and the security issue was a constant concernAfter going back and forth about the fence for about a week we came to terms with the owners (via ***'s broker, *** *** was extremely rude almost through the entire experienceWhen we declined to sign the lease the nasty emails poured inBe warned!
I filled out a contact form on their website and mistakenly answered incorrectly to a question regarding "criminal background"The owner responded inquiring about my background, I immediately advised her that I made a mistake answering that questionShe than followed up by I asking "Do you have first, last and security plus pets fees available as your mofunds? Can you provide your most recent pay stubs? What is your current credit score?" Due to the fact that I am searching several different properties I was not able to answer that question because I wasn't sure if she was talking about a specific propertySoon after, she emailed me stating "I've asked you a series of questions that you've been unable or unwilling to answerBased on this we won't be able to assist you with your rental search."
I couldn't understand how a small misunderstanding turned to a professional telling me that they will not be helping me any furtherI tried to explain that it was a misunderstanding but she told begin to speak to me very unprofessionally and went so far as to say that "I need professional help" and "I'm foolish"When I advised her that I will be posting a review about her bad customer service & unprofessionalism, she threaten me with her lawyers, that was definitely funnyI had to remind her that she must remember that she deals with the public and the public is what pays her
Owner was very rudetold me to never contact her again because I didn't agree with what she was sayingI will never do business with them
