The reason of my complaint is because I ordered food for delivery, once the food arrived it was incomplete. The delivery driver assured me that he was going to come back with the missing items in an hour but an hour passed and he did not showed up. I contacted the restaurant and the lady that answer the phone told me that the driver was too busy and he was going to deliver the food and 5pm ( I ordered my food at 1pm and I have 3 hungry kids). We started eating the food and my son which he is highly allergic to peanuts, start having a reaction which I have to get the Epi Pen because he couldn't breath and his throat was closing, it was a very scary situation. When I tried his food, it had peanuts but on the menu and anywhere on the website states that the food has peanuts. We did not eat any of our food after the incident. I called very frustrated and the same lady answered, I requested a full refund of my food, she promised me a full refund but they did not process the refund. I called again but again she promised a full refund but they did not process the refund as of today.

Refund I would like a full refund for the full amount of $41.46 and that they can put in on their menu about the food containing peanuts
