The complaint number is #[redacted].  It is against Sailor and Saint.  [redacted] an employee there reached out to me and apologized for all of the miss communication.  They ended up not having my size left and refunded me the full amount I paid.  The also gave me a discount code that I can use in the future for my next purchase.  I thought that was very nice.  I would like to close my complaint against the company Sailor and Saint.Thank you

I had previously ordered from Sailor & Saint and was satisfied with my order and the product. I decided to recently order two items. They were delivered to me within a week, however they had only shipped one of the items, as the other one was missing. The packing slip indicated that they were both packaged in there, however there was only one of my items. I contacted them three times to try and resolve the matter and they have not replied to any of my messages.

Review: I purchased for the 2 time from this company. My 2nd time purchasing I ordered a skirt. After getting charged my item said shipped. For 2 weeks my tracking number said that my parcel had only been created but never received at facility. I contacted this company to let them know and to look into it. They replied with my parcel was lost before getting to a ups facility so they were going to refund my money as the item I ordered had sold out. It has been 3 months since they have still not refunded me. I have contacted them numerous times and they have reassured every time they had processed the refund and to wait 5 to 10 business days to allow it to go through. It have now been a month since and I have made them aware as soon as the 10 days expired. The person who I was in contact with said they no longer work with the company and they said they once again would take care of it. As you can guess I still have not received my money. I have contacted them directly and have had no response. I started going onto Facebook and Instagram and commenting that they need to refund as well as warn other people. They have since blocked me and deleted the posts. They refuse to give me my money back.Desired Settlement: I would like my full refund for this item in which was lost by shipper. Cost, tax and shipping. Total $60.82 USD

Can you give me their number? It's been now two weeks that I have placed my order... Guess what they still didn't ship it ! It's absurde

Review: I purchased two items from sailor and saint website. I then received and email saying that my items had been shipped with a usps tracking code. When I tried to track my shipment the tracking number was not working. I emailed them and a [redacted] said she would get back to me. I never heard anything from her and it had been a couple weeks. I then emailed the company again because they have no phone number. I emailed that I still had not received my shipment and asked if someone could get back to me. I am still waiting and I am out $90.00. It is a very irritating and ridiculous thing to go through when you purchase items from a business that you think is good but then you never get anything.Desired Settlement: I would like the product that I originally purchased but if I cannot get it then I would like my full refund back. I think that is only fair.

Review: On February 19, 2014, I purchased 2 items from the online store, Sailor and Saint. Both items did not fit and I returned them by mail within a week of receiving the items.

When I did not receive a refund by March 24, 2014, I contacted the store via email (they do not have support phone line) inquiring about my return.

I received an email April 1, 2014 stating that they issued a refund on 1 item but could not issue a refund on the 2nd item because it was a sale item. I did not receive a refund on the first item, in addition I asked how they were going to handle the second item considering they had it in their possession. I never received a reply.

April 9, 2014 I sent a follow up email asking for answers. No reply.

April 30, 2014 I sent another follow up email asking for answers. No reply.Desired Settlement: I would like the refund on the first item they stated they gave, but did not, and I would like the second item returned to me.

Review: I ordered over $100 worth of merchandise from this company and I have yet to see my products. Company does not have a customer service number to call and they will not respond to any emails that I send them. They have multiple complaints on the Revdex.com's website and on their Facebook page. Their address in Huntington Beach is just a UPS mailbox which allows them to pick up returns and stay hidden from the public eye. This owners of this company are clearly viewable online, as this is public information and are able to find this out by doing some research. As the Revdex.com it is your duty to the people and businesses alike to conduct a fair and proper investigation on these matters. Please do not close my complaint/case simply because you cannot find a proper address to the place of business just as you did with the 6 other complaints against this company. This "company" is scamming people and stealing their money, do something about it!Desired Settlement: I would like my money refunded to me.

Review: website states that orders are shipped within 3 business days. I've ordered from them twice and both times my order wasn't shipped until weeks later. They do not respond to any emails concerning orders or any questions for that matter. Their Facebook page is full of complaints about fraud and how they don't refund your money which makes me reluctant to even try to return my order.Desired Settlement: I would like a refund and not store credit because they do not ship orders out in a timely matter as it states in their receipt and I do not want to order from them any longer.

Review: I placed an order with the company 6/22/2015, was charged an amount of $66.95. Received product a week later, size was incorrect. Reached out to them and they let me know I was able to get a refund if I returned it. Didn't send it back until about a week or so later. When shipping the item back to them, I paid a $5.95 shipping fee and sent the item to the address which was provided on the packaged a received, a week or so passed by and the item got returned back to me due to the fact that the zip code on their return address was incorrect. I had to pay another shipping fee to ship it back out to the correct address, informed them of the issue and asked them to please refund the amount of the product along with the shipping fee considering it took two tries because THEY provided the wrong zip code on the package. They apologized and agreed to refund both charges. Another week passes by and I email them once again to see if my returned item was received and they do not respond, but a week later a receive a refund to my account for an amount of

$52. Which is for one, $14.95 less than the amount I was charged in the first place and secondly, that meant they never refunded me for the $5.95 shipping fee. ONCE AGAIN I email them letting them know of the situation, asking them to refund the remaining amount. But they fail to reply. at this point this whole situation has taken about two months. A week passes since I notified them and STILL no response. So I write one last email with a simple complaint, their customer service is HORRIBLE. No response. They have no yelp to post reviews, so I went to their Instagram and posted "Horrible Customer Service" on various of their pictures.. a couple days I noticed their account blocked me.. at this point, I am upset yet laughing at their lack of professionalism. Luckily I found Revdex.com.org as a last resort and hope my complaint here puts a stop to a company who just steals from people. If any questions or concerns, you may contact me.Desired Settlement: Address the company. Perhaps have them audited, along with have them respond to ALL pending inquiries!

Review: This company advertises constantly selling clothing items. I paid for an item which I never received. It has been over 3 months now. They don't have a phone number for customers to contact, they don't respond to emails. I have sent multiple emails to them. UPS has also been unsuccessful at making contact, they are not responsive to UPS to fill out forms for a claim. When I looked up the address the Revdex.com has on the company it's a UPS store- so probably a PO BOX address there. CHecking on social media such as facebook I see that this has happened to many many people- lost of people are posting that this company is a fraud, that they never received their order. THe company keeps deleting the posts and blocking people. It appears very deliberate and intentional on their part to miss lead paying customers. To take money for products they don't sell and to be absolutely not responsive. I don't know what else to do. I want to stop them from doing this to innocent people even if I never get a refund. The company name is Sailor and Saint. Their website is sailorandsaint.com and they also have Instagram and Facebook page where they advertise.Desired Settlement: I would like a refund, it's around $35 for the item they didn't send. Also I want people to be alerted, the website and the advertisements should be taken down.

Review: I ordered clothing from the Sailor and Saint website. They sent an email saying the order shipped with tracking information, however, it never actually shipped. I attempted to contact the company via the only available option on their site, which is a support email address. No word from them, no clothing and no refund to date. Hoping to get my money back and beyond disappointed that these types of scams exist.Desired Settlement: I would like a full refund for the order that never delivered. The amount charged was $79.54.

Review: On 12/02/13, I order 2 products using their cyber Monday promotion. By 12/20/13, I had still not received my order, and instead got an email with a gift card for the amount I paid for the products, minus shipping. I immediately replied (12/20/13) asking why I was getting credit instead of my products. Their confirmation email states to allow 1-2 business days before receiving a response, yet by 12/27/13 I had still not received a reply. I emailed them once again on 12/27/13 requesting a response and once again stated that I never received my order. I got a one line response later that day (12/27/13) asking "Didn't you return your package?" I immediately replied (12/27/13) once again stating that I never got my package and was unable to track it after 12/10/13. I did not get a reply after. On 01/02/14, I emailed once again, stating I had been waiting for a response since 12/27/13 and even proposed a solution. After no response, I emailed them once again on 01/07/14 requesting contact and even expressed my extreme frustration. Still got no response. I emailed them on 01/13/14 requesting a response and stating once again that I had been waiting since 12/27/13 for an answer. On 01/15/14 I finally got a response explaining that I received a gift card after I returned sale items, per their store policy. It was as if they never read my multiple emails in which I clearly stated I never received a package from them. I immediately responded twice (01/15/14) and once again clarified that I never received a package and therefore couldnt have returned it. I also explained my frustration and proposed a solution once again. I received an immediate response (01/15/14) in which they informed that they received my package back opened and asked if I would like my order resent. I immediately replied (01/15/14) once again stating that I never received my order and much less returned it. I agreed to have my order resent and suggested having it sent to my work address as it may be safer. I received no reply after that. On 01/21/14, I emailed them once again requesting an update, especially after it sounded like my issue was going to get resolved. No response yet.Desired Settlement: I wouldn't mind having my order resent, but since they were sale items they may not be available anymore. At this point I have become so frustrated with their service that I prefer a refund, yet I think it would be fair if they include the shipping in the refund. If they are unwilling to refund the entire amount,then maybe they can cover the shipping amount after I use the store credit. I was willing to come to an agreement with them, yet it is impossible to do so without communication.

I ordered a dress from this site, received a confirmation order email, it's been 7 days since then and still no shipping confirmation email, or response from customer service. There is not a phone number listed for the business. I should have read similar complaints from Instagram before purchasing
