We received the package that Sailrite provided pre-paid return shipping for on April 13, 2018. On April 17, the returned merchandise was checked in and refunded that same day. To summarize the transactional history, Ms*** made a purchase in the amount of $including shipping charges using her credit card Sailrite issued a pre-paid return as to avoid Ms*** from having to pay any return shipping feesThe refund was in the amount of $to her original form of payment, so Sailrite has made Ms*** whole on her entire purchase*** is the reference for the credit transaction.Best Regards

We are sorry for the misunderstanding of our items being suitable for the application and for the available 10% off promotion not being automatically applied to Ms***’s online transaction *** (Sailrite does require the customer to enter the promo code online to take advantage of it).
After receipt of the return authorization, Ms *** did contact us and request that we accept her return outside of our return policy specifically that we would cover the return shipping costs as well as refund her in full for her transaction. On April 4, Ms*** was emailed a pre-paid return label bearing FedEx tracking number ***. Upon receipt to Sailrite of the goods under return ***, a refund in the full amount paid of $will be issued

I am rejecting this response because:Salrite has received the return items however have Not refynded my accoynt as they said tgey would and HAVE NOT HONORED 10% AS THEY SAID THEY WOULD.  I AM STILL AEAITING THEY HONOR WHAT THET PRO.USED THEY WOULD DO!!!
