I returned two unopened boxes of their product and did not receive the total refund of $169.99 as they indicated via email.
On or about August 5, 2016, I cancelled both of the following shipments:
Saine Jeune Anti Aging Cream - ($89.95)
Saine Jeune Eye Serum ($79.95)
Total - $169.99
On August 28, 2016 I was sent the following email:

The return address is 200 2nd Ave. S, Suite 468, St. Petersburg, FL 33701. After we receive your return we will be able to issue you refund.
I have not received a refund of $169.99 and I can not reach someone via email to ***@sainejeuneskincare.com
I shipped the return products on 11/20/2016 via US Postal Service. I have tried multiple times to contact the company to request the refund I am owed.
I would like the total refund of $169.99 which was the cost of their product.
