Saint Barnabas Health Care Sys

Review: On 4/08/2011, I received medical treatment at Saint Barnabas medical center at that time my medical health insurance provider was [redacted]. Saint Barnabas medical center claim was submitted to my medical insurance provider and denied the claim. Saint Barnabas medical center has reported I owe $1740.02 and has since sent the bill to [redacted] collection.At the time I was admitted at Saint Barnabas medical center a, I was fully covered by [redacted] On July 8 2014, I contacted [redacted] and they told me there were no claim submitted Saint Barnabas medical center and there is no record of any claim at all.Desired Settlement: I respectfully request this bill be returned or recall from [redacted] to Saint Barnabas medical center and for Saint Barnabas medical center resubmitted the claim the medical insurance provider. Also, in the meantime for [redacted] to completely remove charges from the system and my Credit report with three major credit bureau
