Saint Barnabas Health Care System

Review: On June 18th Myself and 9 other people took a CPR class with a woman named Yvonne [redacted]z, in [redacted]. She is an associate of Saint Barnabas Healthcare System. The paper that she filled out when we were finish with the class has Saint Barnabas Name on top and it stated congratulations you passed the CPR course. She said that we would get our CPR cards within 2 to 3 weeks. It is now Aug and I haven't gotten anything yet. I tried contacting this woman several times and she will not answer or return my calls. I contacted Mike [redacted] in Saint Barnabas Newark To find out whats going on. He Looked in his computer and said that he knows this woman, but that there was no class scheduled on that date. I faxed him the paper that she signed which she did not put the course number on it and the payment receit. This was about a week ago haven't heard from him either. I contacted human resources and she said theres nothing that she can do about it.I am very futrated and it is not fair. I asked another person that was in the class and he said he hasn't gotten either.Desired Settlement: I want them to be contacted and I need this CPR card as soon as Possible. I work for the Healthcare system and I need this card.
