We originally chose Saint Builders to help us find a lot and potentially build a houseMrSaint knew someone who might have a lot to sell in the neighborhood we like and inquired about itHe told us the seller owned two lots next to each other and was only willing to sell them togetherWe agreed and MrSaint had us sign some paperwork to purchase the lots and sent us to a closing agent
The closing went smoothly and we purchased the lots and proceeded to get our house plans readyOnce ready, we met with MrSaint so that he could form an estimate with usIt was during the process that we began to second guess our choice to have him build our houseI sent a few detailed emails that needed several things addressedHe would reply with a few short sentences and disregard half the items I asked aboutI had also mentioned in person a few items I was interested in and he never followed through with checking out the costs for me
