Discount tickets were purchased for use at local Paintball field, payment went through [redacted] , however no order information was ever sent to me, the customerAfter almost a week of no contact, and no mail delivery of the tickets (which was the method of delivery claimed all over the PaintballHotline.com website), I opened a dispute through [redacted] and within hours of opening the dispute I was contact by multiple members of the companyThe head (Owner? Manager? ) of PaintballHotline.com operation contacted me claiming the order would be sent quickly and attempted to sweeten the deal by throwing in more tickets than I originally purchasedWithin minutes of the first email, I received a second email from a different member of the company that was less polite than the first man, claiming my purchase was already downloaded in digital form on my computer (as an Electrical Engineer, I did not believe in this magical internet download process he was attempting to describeThe tickets were most definitely not downloaded to my computer) Both representatives of the company claimed my order was being handled in two separate ways: one acted as if the tickets were physical, one acted as if they were digital ticketsTheir responses contradicted each otherThey claimed the tickets were sent but even after the dispute was settled, nothing ever arrived I did get my money back, thanks to [redacted] I spoke to paintball fields in the area asking about this operation, as the tickets from this fraudulent business have shown up at the local fields in the past, to inquire about previous incidents with this business Local fields claim this business pedals their "discount tickets" to inexperienced children and young adults at schools, and sometimes at the fields themselves, making large claims about how the tickets are good at any paintball field and raking in loads of cash from those that don't know better In many cases, kids are swindled out of their money because these tickets are not accepted by the local fields and there is almost no way to receive a refund for the purchase (unless your order online and are extremely persistent) Some of the local fields claimed they are on the verge of major lawsuits against the company for their fraudulent behavior and for continuously pedaling their discount tickets on the paintball field's property despite warning to vacate the property It's a wonder the people at PaintballHotline sleep at night

Manager? ) of PaintballHotline.com operation contacted me claiming the order would be sent quickly and attempted to sweeten the deal by throwing in more tickets than I originally purchased.
