have reviewed all of those billsThe charges were all appropriateDue to Ms***'s contract with her insurance company, she had deductibles that were established by her insurance providerThose balances were her responsibility and we were unable to adjust those deductiblesHowever, currently Ms***'s accounts are zero balance.We cannot forecast charges prior to a patient's visit with the providerThe provider may decide that a patient requires tests, needs supplies, or that a procedure is necessary during the visitAny or all of these things may increase the billThe providers bill separately for their servicesThis information is provided to patients in a two-page, detailed document that is signed by all patientsWe have a signed copy of that document on file for Ms***.Again, we are sorry that Ms*** had difficulty with our billing officeWe cannot make any further adjustments to her bills
