My window tint is failing and the state I am living in permits the tinting on the front windshields and they are denying my claim as the business that made the original tont resides in California, yet the car was not even in California for a day when tinted and the film has failed in less then 2 months and should be replaced under warranty

Other (requires explanation) I would have preferred a repair, but at this time I'd require a refund of the total amount paid on Tim his tint product that was approximately 340 dollars to cover removing and adding another product as I no longer wish to do business with this company
