We will send a check todaysorry for delaychanged GM's and I just got thisSo sorry about thisI'll send it today

The car was driven for months and over miles, when it arrived at the dealership, the customer had a concern that appeared to be an engine noise After an initial inspection of the vehicle, we determined that it did have an engine noise that would be consistent with motor that will need to be replaced At the time we notified the warranty company that our intention was to make a claim Due to the dollar amount of the claim, an adjuster was sent to inspect the vehicle The findings of the warranty company was that the oil had never been changed in the 13000++ miles, and the oil had broken down to the point where it was not lubricating the motor properly anymore, which caused the failure The consumer agreed that she had never changed the oil since she owned the car.Warranty claims are not something that we the dealer get to make a decision on Contrary to the statement by this consumer, it is not up to us to approve or decline claims

I am familiar with the issues that Miss [redacted] has had in the past However, I will respectfully disagree with her statement that "we have been awful to deal with" When she has an issue, we get the car in and address it, have sent drivers to pick up her car, leave a loaner, etc Furthermore, we would never refer to anyone as a liar, its just not part of our verbage, nor would it be tolerated by our management team As far as being told that this is 'her problem", we just dont and wont speak to our customers like thatIn regards to her issue with the oil, and having to drive up here multiple times, that is the process that Subaru recommends in order to determine whether the car is consuming oil (it does consist of changing the oil to measure how much has been burned) All times it passed the manufacturers test Therefore, Subaru will not warranty anything in regards to the oil consumption, because it does pass their standards Miss [redacted] did approach us on a trade, and we allowed more than [redacted] trade in value as well as a higher amount than what [redacted] trade value calls for in an effort to try to trade towards another car Unfortunately what is owed on the car, is not able to dictate the value

We do not have any record of a [redacted] on file as purchasing a car from us Please provide a full VIN# or the customer name that the car was bought under

RevDex.com: I have reviewed the response submitted by the business and have determined that the response does not satisfy or resolve my issues and/or concerns in reference to complaint # [redacted] . . Many of the statements made in the Saint J Subaru are false statements. I have related the incident as it occurred to me and do not feel it necessary to get into a conflict of words with a business that treats customers with this kind of disrespect. What happened to me was out of spite and vindictiveness!!! Regards, [redacted] ***

When Mrs [redacted] arrived on the 23rd, she stated that she was here to purchase a [redacted].  The sales person went out, showed her the car, they drove it, and when they came back in the store, purchase payments were given.  At that time Mrs [redacted] stated that she would like a lower...

payment.  With that, the sales manager came out, explained leasing to her, and she decided that the lower payment with the lease made sense.  Mrs [redacted] then waited for around 30-40 minutes for her bank approval and lease contract to be typed.  During that 30-40 minutes, there was plenty of time for her to change her mind, or simply leave if she felt pressured.  Instead, she decided to stay and sign all of the legal documents, title work, and finalize a car deal.  Mrs [redacted] purchased the paint protectant and decided to have that applied and pick up the car in the morning.  Instead, she called later that afternoon, and wanted to renegotiate with a trade and a larger discount.  At that point, the deal was already done, and the contracts were sent of to the lender.  I respectfully disagree with the statements that Mrs [redacted] made in regards to this transaction.  We did everything above board, she signed all of the contracts at will, and we sent them in to the bank.  There was not any bullying or any disrespect given to Mrs. [redacted].  All of the staff here are very professional and respectful, and our ratings support that.

The car was driven for 5 months and over 13000 miles, when it arrived at the dealership, the customer had a concern that appeared to be an engine noise.  After an initial inspection of the vehicle, we determined that it did have an engine noise that would be consistent with motor that will need...

We are sorry Mrs. [redacted] feels as she does.  We are a full disclosure dealership.  The staff was very transparent and upfront throughout the entire transaction.

I have included a copy of my experience written following my visit to Saint J Subaru on Feb. 23rd.  If you would like to post any or all of it on Revdex.com's website you may.  I also realize thatthis is a moot issue for me now and conversing further is not to my benefit.  Thank you for your efforts on my behalf and anyone else who may check your website.
