Review: I ran a code on my vehicle that came up Torque Convertor/clutch circuit open. The 2nd week in December 2013 I was able to take the vehicle into St. Marys Auto to have the problem fixed. I need to have a whole new transmission installed. I made sure that it was a restored/new one. Instead of buying a used one. As those kind are not liable. They ordered the transmission from [redacted] in California. They said 2-3 days tops. It ended up taking 3 1/2 weeks for the transmission to be delivered. Then I was promised 3 days of an installed. After numerous phone calls (he thought were harassment) I finally receiver my vehicle 2 1/2 weeks after the promise time line of 3 days. With numberous excuses of they mechanic was sick, he was in the hospital, etc etc. I got the vehicle back with paying more than the promised amount of 2400.00 paying 2650.00? around that. Since then, I have been back to the shop every week for the same issue. The same code has come up. (now he also replaced at no cost to me the tcs and abs and various other problems that the company [redacted] agreed to pay due to all of the inconvience. No promises from St. Marys auto. This last time I took the vehicle in on 3/18/14 (due to the tcs and check engine light coming on again) also the same code as before the engine was replaced (torque/clutch circuit open) he proceeded to tell me it was an electrical issue and he could not begin to figure out how to fix it. So I took it to pgh for a 2nd opinion and an electrical guy for cars. The 2nd opinion said the same code came up for them and the electrical guy said nothing would have caused any of these problems. But he removed the remote starter and alarm system on the van to show the mechanic that it was not the issue. I drove the vehicle again home from pgh to st. marys and the tcs light is still on and check engine light. I am tired of being screwed over by this mechanic and decided to report it. I have put way too much money into the car to be messed around with. Can u helpDesired Settlement: I would either like a refund or a replacement from someone different that knows what they are doing. The problem is, the warrenty is only with st. marys auto and I feel I have to continue to go to this man for the problems. But do not feel he gives a you know what. Sorry. But I feel he got the money so he will just keep giving me the run around. I have been taken advantage of too many times to let almost 3,000.00. I should have reported the dealership only using van for 4 months
