I ordered a case for my guitar March 24, 2013. The item was not sent and a refund was not given. I was told I would receive a full refund an haven'tI purchased a Hagstrom E-20 Guitar gigbag on 3/24/2013. I paid $71.24 by paypal. Order number SF-1326. As I never received a tracking confirmation I sent an email to check on my order. I was told in email by [redacted] @ Saint Fishy's on 3/28/2013 I would receive a tracking confirmation within 24 to 48 hours. I never received a tracking number and after several follow up calls to the music store I found out the case was not in stock or available as advertised. I canceled the order verbally and by email. I was promised a refund on the phone. I did not receive a refund. I called again and again and spoke to [redacted] in June and he promised a check was in the mail for my $71.24. I want a full refund as promised. Desired SettlementI would like my refund $71.24 as a cashier's check sent to my home address.

I was pressured into making a purchase. I was told excuses to delay the delivery. The store promised to refund buy never did. They have my money.[redacted]BUYER BEWARE [redacted]I purchased an [redacted] guitar through Saint Fishy's in February of 2013 for $2051.99; I paid through[redacted]. At the time of purchase,[redacted] told me to "Hurry to get the order in, we do not want to miss 1 of the 2 left in the U.S". Following[redacted]'s request, I paid in full that same day. After 1 month I called to inquire and was told that they were still waiting to receive the guitar from [redacted]. In my second call to[redacted], another month later, I was reassured that the guitar was secured through my initial payment and all we could do it wait on [redacted]. Eventually after 6 months passed I called yet again; Saint Fishy's told me that they had filled for bankruptcy. I was told that Saint Fishy's would find away to reimburse and that they would call me the following month. A few months passed without a call. I followed-up once again and received the same promise to refund and was told that I would hear from them in the next month. To this day I have never received the refund, nor did I ever receive the promised follow-up call from[redacted] or anyone at Saint Fishy's. Makes me wonder if they ever had intentions to call me (its been almost two years now). BUYER BEWARE - do not support this business as they will tell you what you want to hear, but never follow-up on their word. Desired SettlementRefund in the full amount of $2051.99Business Response SaintFishy's unfortunately had to file a chapter 7 bankruptcy that this debt was included in. The attorney for SaintFishy's did try to contact Mr. [redacted] regarding this debt. SaintFishy's is under different management at this time.Consumer Response (The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.)No message was left, nor email was ever sent from anyone at Saint Fishy's or from anyone representing Saint Fishy's. Naturally, if a Lawyer were to attempt to contact someone, they would leave a message or try to email. [redacted] received my funds many many months before their Chapter 7 and had told me that my order with [redacted] was secured and not to worry. Ultimately, Saint Fishy's did not deliver on their promise to refund my money.
