Hello the issue is resolved and the customer is happy.? We had a salesperson quit due to some personal reasons and in his error he placed the wrong vin number on some paperwork that delayed the process.? As the owner, I personally called the customer and explained the situation and resolved it asap.? We ran the correct paperwork to her and all is good.?
