Sakib Khan Landlord

On Saturday 06/06/2020 I gave landlord "Sakib Khan" money 1280 dollars for house with two receipts cash ..I was upset about cleanliness of house ..I got bugs and roaches everywhere. .he refused to clean after he got my money ..I asked him to return my money back ..I cannot move in .. He refused to refund the $ 600 deposit ..he refund 680 dollars only by check ..he assume that I damage the property .I complained of bugs in the residence and Unhappy then I demanded my deposit back.he cha $600 . he change the locks because I still has the key .he banned me from the property without returning my $600 back.sakib khan probably caused the damage to his own house as part of an insurance scam.. All I need my $600 deposit back ..he banned me under covid 19 without notice .. And I cannot move in because of the bugs and insects there .I suffered in the street and I am still homeless .. He took my money for free .. I need my money back .. Thank you.
