am rejecting this response because:I have not till now seen or possessed the document that was sent to you from Sakoutis even though we requested a copy of what my secretary signed in error*** *** * *** is a New Jersey S corporation, I am the owner, president and only officer and therefore the only one that can enter into a contract for my company*** wrongly thought that she was signing a proposal only as she has no right to make decisions for my companyThe salesman from Sakoutis did not show her any terms and did not provide us with a copy of this alleged agreementHad I possessed a copy of this "contract" as I had right to I would have put a stop to this before it even beganThere was no start date, no dumpsters were ever delivered and when I decided that I was going to continue service with my current provider I had *** contact Andrew the salesman and request a refund of the erroneously paid invoice, an invoice that was sent without any dumpsters being provided*** contacted Andrew first on February 6th and told him that we were staying with our current provider and requested the refund of our check #*** for $paid on January 29thTwo weeks later on February 20th, she again called Andrew and told him we had not received a check and was told that he'd issue a credit and return our moneyTwo weeks later when again no refund was sent she called and spoke to a Maria in accounting at Sakoutis and she said that she was going to cut a check, that dayNeedless to say the check was never sentWhen we again called on April 4rth , *** was told by Andrew that they were not going to refund our money because we had signed a contract, the one that we were never provided and was signed by *** even thinking it was a proposal because as I said before she has no right to enter into any agreements for *** *** * ***

This customer signed with our company on January 17th, I went myself and signed the customer after she expressed interest in our price that was lower than her current haulerThe customer is now looking to stay with their previous hauler and breach the contract
