Saks 5th Avenue/Off Fifth

Fakes? I doubt the items are authentic. Included invoices do not mention brand or item name, items do not have manufacturers labels or are missing key components. I purchased a comforter and a duvet. Neither have a manufacturer's label or care instructions sewn on them. If the item is as advertised, these would be present.

The Valentino handbag arrived without it's outer protective bag. When I called customer service, they assumed both the bag and authenticity cards were missing. Is the Certificato Di Qualita in the pocket fake? Why would the cards be removed from the bags? Suspicious, to say the least.

The items arrived in a thin white plastic mailing bag. The bags were filthy, incredibly dirty, unpleasant to touch. I have never received anything from Fed Ex in this condition. The bedding was compressed, with no manufacturer identification. The handbag was in a ripped clear plastic bag, inside the cheap mailing bag.

Beyond disappointed. If the bedding is a counterfeit, what is the filling? Will it make me sick? Release toxins?

This should be a complaint. I do not want these items. I paid to have the items as advertised shipped, $7.99 for each. I contacted the handbag manufacturer to ask how to determine if the bag is authentic.
