I have purchased a pair of shoes that I have returned at the Sacks Fifth Ave location downtown Toronto on November 24, 2018
Order Number XXXXXXXXX:
Since 24, Nov, 2018 no refund has been made on my My *** card. I have called and also chat with them but they are not able to give me any answers. They say it takes 30 days to make the refund of $1084.79 CAD and I do not see anywhere in their policies that this is the time frame for a refund to take place.
Another Sales Representative told me that the refund transaction in Toronto was never completed and they started an investigation on 29 December 2018 and will take 10 to 14 days with *** because they are involved in this return.
This is unacceptable. They cannot give me an answer about my refund.
I asked if I should go back at the store and been told yes go back and solve it there at the store.

I asked to talk to a manager but nobody is willing to talk to me.
I hope this way somebody will contact me and help me with the problem.

I am looking for a refund as soon as possible. I am looking to have the interest paid also for those more than 30 days since the refund was done. I hope more training will be done with people doing the refunds so they will not fail to do their job properly. They are the first line representing such famous companies as Sacks and ***. They should work to make people pleased.
In regards to the case #XXXXXXX that was closed, We researched this matter regarding the customer's order #XXXXXXXXX and found that a full refund was processed on January 5, 2019 for 1084.79 CAD back to the customer's ***. Can you please respond back to the customer letting them know this has been resolved and if there are any further concerns regarding the refund, to contact their *** issuer.
