We apologize for any inconvenience, The bottom line is, we did not know about the patio, or the proper amount of top soil needed for finish grade would have been included in the proposal Sal was in the area the night before checking on a neighbors job, that's when He met *** for the first timeSal explained to *** what was needed & he said he understood If Sal had visited the property again, (after the first time in the fall), he would of known of the newly installed patio & the additional top soil needed would have been in the original proposal I have sent every correspondence between Sal & *** to show the Revdex.com that there was no mention of them having a patio installed until Sal met with *** This all could have been avoidedWe apologize for the miscommunication. It's clear that Sal does not understand why he was in the wrongThis matter can be closedJust please make sure he does not attempt to tresspass on our property anymoreThe pictures he sent were taken after he received our Revdex.com complaint on Friday morning He was evidently attempting to gather evidence to discredit our complaintMy wife and kids were scared when they saw a man lurking in our backyardWe never hid that we had a patio from him or the Revdex.com so I'm not sure what the point of that even wasThe patio was not the point of our complaintAs I stated several times, he was told about it, he just didn't pay attention to us until the night before the job was to startHe made us wait over a month when we could have hired someone better and now it's too late in the season to have a yard put in for my kidsBetter service from Sal could have remedied the situationEven an apology after he decided to raise his price at the last second would have at least been somethingHe never acknowledged that he should have come to inspect the property earlier than the night before he's supposed to startHe put us in a situation where we either pay his large increase or we don't get a yardThat just doesn't seem right to meHopefully the next customer receives better service

***, We installed your lawn June 10, 2017, you signed up with Sal's on May 11, 2017, just after all the rain stopped in the month of May, we also installed your neighbors lawn a week before who has a sprinkler system & the lawn came in very niceAfter we installed your lawn, we did a follow up
a week later as we always do & noticed that 75% of the straw was blown away due to lack of water & also noticed footprints along the left property line that is when the office emailed you & you wife to let you know what we noticed & whats needs to be done to remedy situationSince our last email to you letting you know what needed to be done with watering etc., We haven't heard from you till nowWhy didn't you call us as a follow up?? A simple phone call for a follow up for a service call is all you need to doIf you would like contact office & we will be more than happy to address lawn situationI called you on July 7, at 7:amto set up a time to come and address the situation, you hung up on me, and I called again & left you a message to call me so we can discuss your lawn situation

Sal's Landscaping Coprovided a proposal to this customer fall of 2015, and at that point they decided to get involved with another Landscaping Cobased on price, the other landscaping coinstalled all the beds in front of their New home with shrubs.April they contacted me to provide a
proposal to them for a new lawn installation, (I have done work for many of their neighbors), so I knew what was involved in installing the new lawnI provided a proposal over the phone to this customer, which at that point he accepted the proposalI asked him to Authorize the paperwork & submit a 10% deposit, (in good faith), to get on scheduleHe authorized paperwork, but the office never received his deposit, causing the delay for him to be placed on scheduleSal's installed a lawn 2-doors down from this person last week, and he had called me to see where he was on the scheduleI told him at that point that he was third after the lawn we did for his neighbor, and that Sal would be stopping by before landscape arrives to his home which was scheduled for today, June 3, When I arrived at his home, (after doing a follow up on the lawn we installed for his neighbor last week), I met *** for the first time in person and walked around his property When walking to the back yard of his property, I noticed he had a new patio installed which was above existing grade & also pointed out how much the ground had settled thru out propertyAt that point, I mentioned to *** in order to do a professional job, we would need to bring in more top soil so we can achieve the proper level to the top of the new patio to provide a proper finish gradeI continued to walk the property with *** & pointed out area's along the driveway that needed to be brought up to finish grade & he agreed with meI told *** that it would be an additional $1,for Top soil & labor to perform a proper finish gradeThis in fact is the RIGHT way to perform this workThe fact of the matter is, I was unaware of the newly installed patio & settled areas when I originally quoted over the phone, had I known, I would have quoted accordinglyI told him in an e-mail & in person, Sal's Landscaping would rather do the work right or not do at all, he agreed with me last nightWe had a plan to install his lawn today, June 3, 2016, but when I walked into my office I received an email from him & voice mail that he does not want to proceed
