We hired BnM to do partial driveway replacement and to build a 17.5 X 17.5 stamped, colored cement patio in the back yard. Work started on May 31, 2018. By July 11, 2018 the only work done was a partially dug driveway, dug patio at incorrect measurements and forms improperly laid with gaps between them. About 2 ½ - 3 tons of gravel was laid and they refused to bring more (contractor hired to fix and complete the job had to lay 10 additional tons for proper prep). Our property was damaged. Damage includes a large portion of grass killed due to failure to remove a large pile of dirt, storage crate destroyed when they threw rocks across the yard and into it and lawn and street turfed - this happened on the last day when their foreman came into the yard swearing at my husband and he sped off. They also uncovered our wheelbarrow which we had put away and filled it with dirt without permission for an extended period rendering it useless to us until we finally shoveled the dirt from it (it was over full and extremely heavy and could not be moved). They also dug out part of the street in front of our driveway which we had to have repaired. Between June 7 and July 10 there were 17 days BnM were significantly late, only arriving after numerous texts and minimal work done or no shows at all during scheduled times. Due our yard being locked they were aware from day 1 we had to be home while they worked to allow access to the yard. Our summer was spent waiting for them hearing promise after promise of showing up and not. Bud claims to be licensed but the city has no record of him being licensed. Bud claims to be insured but his insurance was cancelled in June 2018 due to non-payment. We have taken them to small claims court . In court. they lied on the stand accusing us of posting negative reviews about them and being banned from BST pages. We have not been banned and this is the first review I’ve left. However, it will now be the first of many. They said we have reached out to their customers and ruined business for them. Customers reached out to us once our docket went online. They said we have been driving through their neighborhood threatening them. This is 100% untrue and the officer they filed a report with told us their call was odd and sent red flags. He subsequently helped the bailiff find them to serve their summons. They also submitted absolutely fabricated receipts to the court. They removed their business page when bad reviews started coming in. All who recommend them are friends or family. I have yet to see an example of good work from them. In fact the photos they sent us of "their" stamp work were stolen from other pages. We won our court case against all three named above and there are several others pending. Jessica now claims she has no part of BnM though for many of those pursuing legal action she stepped in as their representative. They are refusing to discuss payment and when we have asked to make arrangements are now threatening us with harassment for simply asking when/where they would like to make the payment. We will take this further with the courts if necessary and it looks like it will be. If you are going to pursue this company, be prepared for them to dodge summons... as you can see complaints through the BBB have been returned as undeliverable though the address is, indeed, correct.
