On March 2,Mr*** *** purchased Ford Taurus , After months of driving the transmission went out, even though this vehicle was purchased as is , Salama Motors gave Mr*** options as a resolution to his concernsWe offered him to repair the transmission at no charge , or to
exchange vehicle for another carMr*** decided to go with a different vehicle,he choose the Hyundai speedHe told us he wanted the manual shift, because his wife could not drive a stick shift and it would mean she couldn't drive his car, however a month or two later she decided to drive the car anyway,and she burned up the clutchThey came one time to talk to me about wanting another vehicle,and I explained if they purchased another vehicle we would need a depositSA few weeks later I arrived to work to see the Hyundai was parked at the shopI have tried to reach the owner to discuss this issue,however the number we have on file has been disconnected. Salama Motors sells all cars on As Is terms, however we value our customers and will do our very best to resolve any issues or concerns of our customers
She called us after business hours and was upset because she couldn't reach anyone at Salama Motors. She filed the Revdex.com complaint that same day. We contacted her the next day and we traded her car and she is very happy now. The complaint is resolved
Dealer replaced my car with a Ford Explorer . I am satisfied with this resolution to my complaint
The customer was involved in a car accident. StLouis City towing towed the car and we never saw the car after. I asked the customer to bring the car in and she never did and she would never answer the phone. The vehicle was driving fine and passed inspection before the
accident. The car was even sold AS IS but I tried to help her. I am unable to give a refund

I showed her the camera and told her I would call the police. She only gave me $2000 to begin with. She saw the video, and I counted it. Until this day I can still go back and see it. She gave me $100 bills, 20 of them. I gave her her money...
back because she said 3 days after buying the car she did not like it. I did this because she is a returning customer. I wrote her a refund check for $2000. All of her paperwork shows that she gave us $2000.
The issue was solved. Customer still has the vehicle and is making payments.
