claims, our offices have been responding to her inquiries via email and can provide proof of such if necessary. Further, the work that [redacted] is referring to was completed and accepted by the adjudicator before this complaint was filed with the Revdex.com, the receipt from the adjudicator of the filing we prepared for her was emailed to her on August 8th. She responded to that email.As far as the mistakes [redacted] is referring to, our office has a policy of reviewing filings with our clients before filing to ensure the information is correct. Our records indicate that [redacted] came into our office to review her documents on June 19th. Any mistakes that were brought to our attention at that time would have been remedied. To this date, she has not identified what mistakes she is referring to.[redacted] case is progressing as anticipated by our agreement and will be pending with the adjudicator for some time. We would be happy to resolve this with [redacted] and would recommend that we both attend fee dispute arbitrations with the Pennsylvania Bar Association; however, we anticipate that this issue will be resolved as [redacted] has filed suit in Small Claims Court.Should you have any further questions, please feel free to contact me,Sincerely,Michael H.
