My review pertains to my experience as a mother, my son was the patientI would not recommend this orthodontics office to anyoneIt is almost impossible to reschedule an appointment in a timely mannerWhen rescheduling, expect long delaysThis office does not bring the patient in to fix broken brackets or wiresThey just want you to wait until the next appointment, which leads to delays in treatmentEven when I called for a broken wire that was hurting my son, I was told that it could wait for his next appointment just put wax on itI explained that we had tried that and was told that they could not work him in After over two years of treatment they told my son that they were just going to take his braces off without completion of therapy due to broken bracketsIf you have active children, one could expect broken bracketsUnfortunately, my son was left traumatized by this officeHe was brushing his teeth so hard that he actually broke a bracket that way
