My review pertains to my experience as a mother, my son was the patient. I would not recommend this orthodontics office to anyone. It is almost impossible to reschedule an appointment in a timely manner. When rescheduling, expect long delays. This office does not bring the patient in to fix broken brackets or wires. They just want you to wait until the next appointment, which leads to delays in treatment. Even when I called for a broken wire that was hurting my son, I was told that it could wait for his next appointment just put wax on it. I explained that we had tried that and was told that they could not work him in. After over two years of treatment they told my son that they were just going to take his braces off without completion of therapy due to broken brackets. If you have active children, one could expect broken brackets. Unfortunately, my son was left traumatized by this office. He was brushing his teeth so hard that he actually broke a bracket that way.
