Salazar's Pool Plastering

Review: This company completed my pool deck and plastering. The concrete deck was finished poorly and agreed upon by [redacted] the owner. He promised to refund $1700 for poor workmanship and improper application of my spray deck. The deck is unsafe due to improper application - no troweling; therefore, my kids and family have cut their feel due to sharp areas. He also did not clean up my brick coping which are full of plaster and overspray from the spray deck process.He also was not truthful with the color of diamond bright pool plastering he was using. He told me I was getting Cool Blue and applied Blue Quartz and tried to tell me it was the same color when the factory told me otherwise.He agreed that this crew he used for my job he had never used before and they really messed him up completing work like that. He said he would refund me $1700 by the Friday of completion and he has yet to call me back or answer calls from my cell.Desired Settlement: I would like him to come clean my brick as promised on several occasions and discussed prior to him beginning the job. I would also like the $1700 for "shoddy work". He should reimburse me for the entire deck job, but I will settle for the above.
