Review: On October [redacted] 2015 I sent two boxes to the address [redacted] through Salcedo Cargo Express. My receipt number is [redacted]. I later received a call from [redacted] who stated that they did not receive my payment from Salcedo Cargo Express. When I personally went over to the Bronx [redacted] Salcedo Cargo Express location they simply told me that they are simply not responsible for the failure of payment to [redacted] even after I showed them the receipt that I was given from their employee. They simply gave me his number too see if I could possibly get in contact with him so that I could "resolve the issue". I want to know how to resolve this issue, and make sure that my package is delivered to its destination, before [redacted] decides to sell the items on auction.Desired Settlement: I want my package to be delivered to the destination before [redacted] sells in auction

Review: I hired this company to transport 70 % of my furniture from New York to the Dominican Republic. I fully paid the shipment and most of the items arrived in good condition, how ever they destroyed one rocking chair and damaged some of the chairs of my dinning room set of 8 chairs and marble top. After the company uploaded the pictures with the damage furniture to the their system here in New York I being waiting for over 1 and a half month to speak to the owner and every time I call the receptionist say he is traveling or he will call me back. Well it has not happen yet.

All I want is to reimburse me for the shipping cost of those 2 items they damage and what ever they may be worth because they are not longer good for my house. I am a old costumer with this company and I have sent many shipments they are usually reliable but this is taking too long to resolve.Desired Settlement: SHIPMENT COST OF THE 2 ITEMS = $ 490.00 DOLLARS

Review: My complaint is to the owner of this company salcedo cargo express the owner name is [redacted], I send a tank to dominican republic on july ** 2013 with gifts for my family, I send clothes valued on $800 dollars, I also sent 2 laptor computer toshiba one valued on $350 the otherone on $700 the people from salcedo cargo express call me after two week that I sent the tank telling me that imigration from dominican republic was charging me $50 dollar for the taxes of the computer, I deposit the money on a bank name banco popular on the acount of [redacted] on dominican republic.the problem was that went I open the package none of the clothes that I sent and the 2 computer and some food too that I send arrives on my tank, I found the 2 charger for the computer only, went I call the owner [redacted] for a explanation of what happen to all of my stuff he was very rude he say if imigration open the pakages and charge you for the taxes of the computer they would be there, I toll him that I open the tank and a lot of think was missing and he say to look good because it suposse to be there, I am very sad because he did it do nothink about my problem he didit gives a good customer services and I put this complaint because I dont want to happen to another person.Desired Settlement: They need to be more responsable because I trust that company with all the gift that I send and they was stolen and the owner was very rude went I talk to him he was telling me that I was lie to him and thats no fear he did it apologize or nothink the company has to respond and pay me for the money I loss.and also the owner need to say sorry for thet way he treatment.

As we explain to the client our merchandise goes thru custom and in the process customs found 2 laptops computers send by this client and it consider to be a contrabands which they impose a fine of 50.00for undeclared items which was not are to us. As per our conversation we explain to her that custom will not impose a fine and then disappear the laptops, we are a company dedicated to service and we provide the best possible, is very unfortunate that this client

got very upset do to the fact that custom fine, her for the undeclared items and wants to claim other losses, attached copy of original invoice.

They are not been honest because if custom stook we the computer what happen to all the clothes and shoes that got missing too and even food too thats not fear because I lost the present for my family, and now they say that I got upset because custom stay we the laptops so what happen to the clothes and shoes and food that got missing too, and I not happy we them because they are not been honest and the way the talk to me it was very rude, and the owner is not say the truth because went he call me he say to look on the tank because the computer are suppose to be there he never say that custom disappear the laptops he tray to tell me that I stole the laptops and now they saying that they talk to me say that custom disappear the computer no they are not say the truth.
