We completed the Patio and left the customers home, customer was very happy of the finished product, hours later a storm with Hail damaged the patio. I don't believe we are at fault for that since we were not aware of any storms coming in that day. Nobody was actually it took everyone by surprise....
So don't think we have to be responsible for paying anything back. CUSTOMER IS AT FAULT. Please see attached pictures of the completed work.
