I took my 2007 Mercedes 230 sport to be diagnosed at Sale BMW in Kinston North Carolina XXXXX. They said they had a tech that was Mercedes certified.They explained that I had some faulty parts that wore out in the drive shaft also silver shavings in my oil which contaminated the engine. advised that they can repair for 5500 or replace the entire engine for 7750.00 ruff estimate that I will have a 12 month or 12,000 mile warranty from the salvage company that I got my engine from. I got my finance company to graciously take the equity out of my car to pay for it, they assured me and the loan office that this was a sure fix.When I picked up my car before even seeing the new engine or any of the paper work he asked for the money then gave me the key and pointed where the car was parked. once I got it I noticed a big oil stain in my tan interior. He said get some Windex to clean it. Me clean it really? I just gave you almost 8,000 and I have to get Windex to clean my car. he said he was busy and he already test drove it, did not pop the hood the even show me what I paid for. five minutes on my way home the car started shaking remotely and I called the office and tried to reach him the operator said that he was busy with another customer. within the five minutes my check engine light came back on and the car drove so bad. I could have got in an accident and KILLED driving this car home. when I popped the hood the engine looked very old, they knew something was wrong and simply took my money and took off the sensor for the check engine light and sent me on my way and knew that I was covered through warranty. If you could see the existing motor was bad, did you not see that the replacement had issues? They got paid for the labor and will shove me out the door. the car is not drive-able and is currently a safety hazard on the road. This car will not pass inspection. I seen the check engine light come on within minutes,BMW of Kinston did too. They claimed it was fixed and it was not!Desired SettlementI would like a refund for the labor that I paid them for. They said they would fix the problem and they did not. They let me drive home in a vehicle that could have potentially killed me while driving it under the impression it was fixed. They are trying to blame it on the motor they just put in my engine. There is no way this could have been done right. If they re diagnose it and come up with a different diagnosis then what. I have to then pay for that labor too? I want the money from labor.

Not given what was promisedI Got a new truck. The first thing I ask for was running boards. I am very short and need them. The manager said he would get them. I also ask for a bed liner and cover. Same as the truck I traded in. When they called to say the cover was in I ask about the running board and bed liner. The manager Glendon Hasel said he didn't remember anything about running boards. Even the one that did all the paper work said if he said it he had to put the on. The manager said he didn't write it down and we had signed the paper work and he was not obligated for any running boards.(He offered to sell me some.) I would not have got the truck if I had known I would not get the steps. It's funny how he doesn't remember the steps when It was funny to him when I had trouble getting in the truck.
