I am rejecting this response because:The entire response is a blatant lieProof is below/attachedThey did charge me for changing the seats(interior), $Receipt is attached*** did agree to return the seat covers (interior)Last correspondences of *** at ***Claiming to be shipping my seat covers out in the morningThat was June 26th, days ago, also a lie*** is not handing this quickly and is now refusing to warranty some of their paint issuesThe initial complaint was sent days after receiving the the car May 4th days later the rear deck lid cover has not been received*** now claims that they will not warranty the side window covers or spoiler, all issues are obvious bad paint from the factoryI can provide a signed testimonials from multiple body shops stating that is is an issue as received from the paint booth, not caused in anyway by me or my dealer(pictures attached)4thA NEW ISSUE has arrivedThere is a misalignment with the pulleys *** installed (this is what *** claims and knew about the issue before hand)It is causing the car to destroy a belt about every miles, and causes loud ticking noises from the pulleysThe car has been in the shop times, with *** not offering a proper solution to fix these issues yet.Just refund my $575, and authorize and pay the body shop to fix the bad paint issues that should be covered by warrantyDoes The Magnuson-Moss Warrenty Act not apply to this situation?

Mr. [redacted] vehicle was delivered. Mr. [redacted] ordered a special build vehicle and was given a lead time for his purchase. Saleen delivered earlier than stated lead time, as well as provided numerous updates during the build progress.

After talking to the Sales department and mechanics, I found that due to the customer not liking the color of the interior that we replaced it to another one at our cost.  The customer was not charged for the new interior.   It is not ever been our policy to send back the original...

interior to the customer, (this is the first time)  but for good will we are shipping the interior to the dealership where the car was purchased.    We have and are making every attempt to remedy any issues that he is or may be having.  We rely on outside services for some of the misc. parts and painting.  The timing of producing a car can sometimes take longer than the estimate due to other factors.    Our goal is always to please every customer we have so they will absolutely enjoy driving their [redacted]!!!

I am rejecting this response because car was delivered but...

not complete. Car is missing a 7,000$ glass roof which I'm told will be refunded because company can no longer do this modification. Car was delivered September 2 2016 almost 4 months past original delivery date. As of October 18, 2016 I'm still waiting on a refund check. Saleen is very slow to respond or respond at all with any definitive information.
