Overall, Salehoo is a good service. It is much easier to use salehoo than trying to find reputable suppliers yourself, and anyone trying to start an online store or drop shipping business will appreciate this service. Although salehoo often advertises it's market research lab, I found it to be not as useful as it was advertised to be. The price of $67 per year was worth it to me, as I was able to find many online suppliers that fit my needs.

I recommend SaleHoo to my friend and family because it has good customer service, my experience with this business not long just I tried for couple days due to financial issue I ask them for refund my money without asking me they refund all my money back. thank you SaleHoo.

I have been looking for an online wholesale platform for outsourcing my products and I have gone through a lot with scammers on alibaba etc until I stumble on salehoo, though I haven't started on 100% their educational facilities, tutorials and webinars are very amazing from selling on amazon and ebay and how to master the systems and what sell most and also delving deeper into marketing. This educational materials cost a fortune and here SALEHOO is giving us free of charge. As if that's not enough, they also provide a very exceptional customer service and not automated response AND each response addresses all your issues and specific problems. I am very happy with the service and I have already added them on my plans and going 100% with them.This is a dream come true and I don't see any reason why anyone will fail with the amount of information and support they give. They basically hold your hand and direct you from every step.

I Have Used Salehoo for the last 5 to 6 years and I find there information and forum staff really amazing they go out of there way to find you reliable suppliers There are a lot of websites saying Salehoo is a scam and I kid you not it is the real deal and you will be very happy with what you find If your looking for somthing specific post on the forum and they will find it for you

As I'm still trying to find suppliers, I must say that the customer service experience at Salehoo has been top notch. They are very good with returning messages and I get personal phone replies within 24 hours or less.

Since I have so many questions i'm very impressed with their lengthy detailed email responses. They actually take the time not only to read through all my questions and concerns with drop shipping but they go the extra mile to take the time to provide any helpful information they can and they do a lot of footwork to provide pertinent links.

Also what I am impressed with is the follow ups. Since I was having difficult time with drop shipping, I received a follow up email asking how everything is going.

Now THAT'S excellent customer service!
