I had an appointment at west Salem dental clinic on 2/20/from 10-11amDue to the holiday I had to get a ride from Triplink and at 11am I walked out of the dental clinic to see the Triplink van drive by and turn onto Edgewater toward townThey didnt wait even one minute past 11, let alone the they say they'll waitI am very disappointed in their service

Below is information concerning customer [redacted]. Customer was scheduled for a return trip window from W. Salem Dental office 11:30-Noon. Driver arrived at 11:29 am to pick up the client. Driver tried to call the client 2 times: 1) call was a hang up; 2) went to message...

machine.Driver no showed the client at 11:38 am. (waited 9 minutes for the client). There were two other clients with pick up times of 10:59 am and 11 am by another provider from the [redacted] address. One of these vehicles may have been the one the client saw driving away at 11 am. Wait time for a client for NEMT is 5 minutes from the time of arrival within the trip window (30 minute window).  Should  the driver arrive before the window starts the 5 minutes does not start until the start of the window. ( Ex. Window 9:15-9:45 am, driver arrived 9:05 - 5 minute wait does not start until 9:15 - depart 9:20.)Provider was: AJ Medical TransportIt may have been a case of mistaken provider at 11:00 AM. Customer was not scheduled to be picked up until at least 11:30 AM. Please send our regrets for the mix up and encourage the customer to call our TripLink call center the next time he has a concern.Thank you.
