Ben at Boxdrop exchanged my mattressHe told me to "pick out" a mattress when I got thereThen when I did so he tried to charge me another 150$I told him I wasn't paying more for a different mattress so I got the same brand, but in a smaller sizeWhen I asked him questions regarding the product he was rude and even went as far as to tell me he was done answering my questionsHe ignored my husband and I pretty much the entire timeAfter we got home Ben sent me inappropriate messages saying how "satisfied" he was knowing that I'll be thinking of him while I sleep on the mattressI am not satisfied with the service or product
