Review: Discontinued membership at the [redacted] Gym location via mail in January 2015 and continued to have auto drafts pulled from my checking account until May 2015 when my pocket check visa expired. Received communication via mail that [redacted] Gym/ The [redacted] was seeking payment for May. Again sent via mail that I discontinued my families membership January 2015. We have not been in facility since It was changed from The [redacted] to [redacted] Gym and our contract was completed. [redacted] Gym has turned us over to collections for $60 even after receiving verbal and written notice of gym membership cancelation. We are seeking resolution of the $60 turned over to collections.Desired Settlement: Resolution of the $60 turned over to collections. We have not stepped foot in the Gym in months and sent in written cancellation of membership
