Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response submitted by the business and have determined that the response does not satisfy or resolve my issues and/or concerns in reference to complaint # [redacted] The business refuses to compensate me for losses incurred due to their negligence while conducting business as an FDIC insured and federally regulated bank They continue to operate in whichever fashion garners them the most fees and each representative will come up with different excuses as to why checks get posted to the previous day Salem Five is unwilling to furnish me the information regarding when particular checks are processed outside of business hours Until they compensate me for my losses, I will not be satisfied and I will make sure everybody knows about how this business scams customers out of their hard earned money Regards, [redacted] ***

Please add your rejection comments below. I returned calls. Party not available. Customer service not available except for reporting lost debit card after hours. I contacted them and asked them to close my account through message in box. The bank ignored the message. As a last resort, I will have to send them a certified mail and wait 4-6 weeks, but that costs me $7 and puts me at increased risk. Regards, [redacted]

To Whom It May Concern: Regarding this complaint, as a financial institution we must maintain the confidentiality of our customers' personal and financial information. Therefore, we cannot publicly respond to disputes relating to individual customers or accounts. The bank will respond to

We used them for a construction loanThey do an appraisal based on paper plans and that is what the loan is based off ofThe paper appraisal came back much lower than the cost of the project so we were stuck with pmiWhen we finished the project, we choose upgrades and superior finishes that improved the valuePlus we remodeled much of the existing building which also added valueThey did a final appraisal which came back higher due to these extras we had done to improve the valueHowever they would not let us use the final appraisal, we had to use the paper one which seems crazyThey said we could contest by submitting paperwork and receipts for all "extra work" which we didIt took them two months to review it and they came back and said all of the work was in the original proposal and therefore would not affect the appraisalNothing we submitted was part of the original proposal, but now they say they reviewed it, declined it, and consider the matter closed and refuse to respondVery unprofessional.PMI waved
