I'm sorry you are unhappy with our customer serviceWhat was stated by the customer is that I was on time - friendly - cleaned the carpets to their satisfaction and got paidI always inform customers that if there is a problem to let me knowThe issue I have is that we are family business - I have years experience - my father has and my Brother has That's almost years of total cleaning time and we avaerage 800-carpets a year and you are the first person ever to call us days, almost a month after to say a spot came back and you want us out to re-cleanAfter this long I cannot Clean just a spot or the surrounding area will look differentWhy not call me back after you noticed the spot? You said it was there a few days after? I don't ask my dry cleaners a month later to reclean my cloths I've been wearing all month, or my housekeeper to reclean something a month later? You just decided not to call because you were to busy? Too busy for a second phone call? I called you back on July 3rd and you wrote the Revdex.com the next day? I just wish the initial spot was as important as complaining about it and I could of been out there the next day! Now you want your money back because a spot returned on your sq foot house that you waited a month to tell me aboutI do not feel I owe you a refund because that would be stating I did something wrongI feel comfortable in this decision because of the almost years of satisfied customers who if they did have an issue let me know in a timely manner - never a month later

Everyone else called when the spot came back just as you stated within a couple daysYou've been cleaning those carpets for years? What chemical are you using? PH level? Rinsing agent? You said this spot has been wicking up for years? You never said that when I was there? You made the choice not to call me but to wait almost a month later and I'm not going to reward you with a free carpet cleaning because one spot came back and you didn't have the time to call meAs I stated before we are in the cleaning industry and cleaning one spot after a month would require the whole area to be redoneYou even made the remark that if I had good customer service I should come back months later? months? These are unrealistic expectations for anyone in the cleaning industryI'm sorry but I'm not in the business of giving away free carpet cleanings

This person who filed the compliant was not the consumer. We did not set up this appointment with her. She was not there when we did the job. She was not the one who made the
decisions. She called several days after the job was done and yelled at both of us
The lady that was there had no problem with the job at the time

Here are the items you requested
In reference to the Ad:
1) there was an extra charge for the Love Seat Cleaning- $
2) I have a bedroom sq ft manufactured home; (spare) bedrooms and the front room- dining room combination was cleaned the master bedroom was not cleaned per my request to substitute cleaning of my love seat instead- which was agreed upon by cleaning man, however he charged $(to my elderly mother- I was at work). When he finished the love seat (which still has stains on it). (Stains still on carpet too)
3) My rugs were wet still when I came home from work at 6:pm and were not completely dry until the next day after I got home (After 6:00pm)
4) I could not get time off work to be there when the carpet was being cleaned so I asked my elderly mother to let the carpet man in to clean. She sat in her car while he cleaned. Carpet man needed water to run his equipment so he unhooked the garden homes from my back faucet on my house outside (this hose goes to a water tank I use for my horses to have water) and he succeeded in breaking it. I had to have it repaired so that my horses could have adequate water in the current hot conditions. This resulted in another out-of-pocket expense. When I confronted him about it, he immediately got defensive and started yelling at me, he denied breaking it but it worked prior to that

From: *** *** *** Sent: Wednesday, August 19, 1:PMTo: *** *** ***@theRevdex.com.org>Subject: RE: The Revdex.com needs more information to process your complaintHi ***,I received your letter and the hand written letter from Mighty Clean , but I wasn’t able to read the page after the hand written letter, the print was too faint.I would like to address the hand written letter at this time Actually, I am the consumer, it was My house that was cleaned, but I had asked my year old mother who lives nearby to assist me in allowing the attendant access to my residence I work Monday through Friday 8:am to 5:pm, sometimes later, and I wasn’t able to get time off work to be there when the attendant came I had my mother call during business hours to make the appointment for me, then I gave her a key to my residence, and $cash (which is the fee Mighty Clean told her they charge), and asked her to let the Mighty Clean person into my residence, which she did When the attendant arrived on 06-19-15, my mother gave him access to my residence but she did not stay in my house to supervise the work being done, she felt more comfortable waiting in her car, leaving the attendant alone inside my residence My mother advised me that she had discussed the issue of cleaning the love seat instead of the master bedroom with the attendant, as soon as he arrived at the residence She told him about the furniture being stored in the master bedroom thus making it impossible for him to clean in there So, upon my direction, I told her to ask if he would “substitute” and clean my love seat in lieu of the Master bedroom, which he agreed to She said that he never told her there was going to be an Additional charge for that service, she thought they had both agreed to the “substitution.” Since she was there by herself with the attendant, my mother was afraid to dispute the extra $charge for cleaning the love seat so she just paid him the $in cash from her own money My mother was embarrassed about the situation and did not reveal the incident to me until several days later while we were driving in the car in the Salem area As soon as she finished telling me what happened that day I pulled over to a safe spot and parked so I could make a phone call to Mighty Clean and speak with the attendant I questioned him about the “hidden fee” for cleaning the love seat, and also about breaking the water faucet on the outside back of my house The attendant was instantly argumentative with me he denied agreeing on any “substitutions” with my mother and loudly stated he-did-not-break-my-faucet, that it was already broken! I advised him that the faucet which he removed the hose from supplied water to my horses and it was working fine before he removed the hose and broke the valve, now leaving my horses without water during the hot weather He again restated that he did not agree on any substitutions, his wife does all the bookkeeping and she would not allow him to agree to such a thing At that point the attendants wife grabbed the phone from him and began shouting at me stating that he wouldn’t have made any substitution because she does the books and she wouldn’t have allowed him to do that I was shocked and upset by her lack of professionalism and yelling at me This caused me to raise my voice too, which created a lot of back and forth arguing between us over this whole incident At that point it was apparent that nothing was going to get resolved, and this was when the wife hung up on me That was the last contact I had with the attendant and his wife I did not dispute with them the “service” that was preformed, but I probably should have The puppy stains are still noticeable on the rug and the loveseat The service the attendant preformed didn’t extract them as their ad promised I was willing to accept that the stains didn’t completely go away since I knew they would be difficult to get out after being there for a couple of years But the “extra charge” that came up for the loveseat was unacceptable, due to the “agreement” made between the attendant and my mother I can see where it put him in an awkward position with his wife, but to put all the blame on my mother and basically say she “made it up” isn’t right either I think the “$extra fee” should be refunded to my mother with an apology, however I don’t for-see this happening so keeping it noted on the Revdex.com site that a complaint was filed against them would be appreciated and therefore put an end to this incident Thank you.*** ***

Your yrold mother called to set up an appointment for you on your house. She said she wanted the story price, for any size house @ 129.95. (Enclosed copy of our advertisement) At that time she only wanted the house done. *** you could have called and set up your own apt and talked to me. We do not have business hours for setting up Appts. I carry my cell phone on me at all times, you didn't even try to set this up your self. If you would have we wouldn't have had this problem with you. I told your mother the price of a story, plus I tell everyone who calls that we discount furniture cleaning if carpets are done. Love seats are usually $but we discount them to $with carpets. In over yrs doing carpets we have never substituted a furniture cleaning for a small bedroom. Furniture cleaning is separate. Your mother asked Dennis at the time to clean her love seat if he had time. You have the coupon, it states that a love seat is $not free. When she set up the apt I quoted her our coupon price. Any size house for whether she has all the rooms done or not, if she had more rooms the price would still be the same
Your complaint is bogus, you weren't even there. We do hot water steam extraction, we do not put water on carpets, it is top of the line, truck mounted steam extraction. If you would have been there you would have seen that
Please ***, next time don't have your mother who's yrsold take care of your responsibilities and then you will know what actually went on
When you called us, you were the one yelling right from the beginning to both of us. You wouldn't even allow us to get a word in edgewise. Yes we did raise our voices to be heard, but you keep on ranting + raving so I hung up on you. There was no way to be able to tell you what actually transpired at the time
Enclosed is a copy of our ad, maybe you should read it closely, we've been doing carpet cleaning for over yrs in the Willamette Valley. If we would treat people the way you said we did, we wouldn't be in this business for + years

have 23 years experience - my father has 24 and my Brother has 12. That's almost 60 years of total cleaning time and we avaerage 800-1000 carpets a year and you are the first person ever to call us 27 days, almost a month after to say a spot came back and you want us out to re-clean. After this long I cannot Clean just a spot or the surrounding area will look different. Why not call me back after you noticed the spot? You said it was there a few days after? I don't ask my dry cleaners a month later to reclean my cloths I've been wearing all month, or my housekeeper to reclean something a month later? I am rejecting this response because: I don't feel he was honest.  I've been cleaning this carpet for several years on my own and the spots wick back up.  When I had a professional clean I would expect a better outcome. If the owner knew the spots would return, I wish I had been given this information.  If you have been in business for all these years, then $129.00 refund would be good customer service, when someone is not happy with the results.  If you hadn't been rude and yelling and just came back to see if you could make the results better, I wouldn't be asking for a refund.  You can't tell me out of all your years in service I'm the only complaint. Word of mouth advertising is the best you can buy and because you will not make this right, I won't have anything good to say about your company. It really is a shame.
