Salem Run Apartments

Review: I have twice requested my lease renewal agreement so as to comply with the 60 day notice of staying or leaving the property. I cant decide if I am going to stay or leave if I don't have this renewal to tell me the new terms of this agreement(if any) and what the rent increase will be(if any). I am highly unsatisfied because of the lack of professionalism with the management staff. When you ask them to do the job they get paid to do they act hostile and display attitude problems.Desired Settlement: I would like the lease renewal agreement and the management staff to go through peer mediation and anger management classes as well as review their company's policy on how to treat and speak to their company's clients.
