My husband and I purchased an RV from Salem RV at Clifford RD
Selinsgrove PA on March 9thThere are problems with it, we called and spoke to

My name is Greg R*** and I am the Sales Manager here at Salem RV Center, IncI was the one who spoke to *** *** when he came to pick up his camperI apologized for the inconvenience and told him I would check on it first thing in the morning when the Service Manager came in, which I didNever once was it said that it would be fixed first thing in the morning and *** *** never said when he would be back to pick it upI feel that this whole situation was a misunderstanding or miscommunicationWhen I said I would get on it first thing in the morning I simply meant that I would tell the necessary people about the problemI didn't know their schedule the following day and I don't have the authority to schedule service workAgain, I apologize for the misunderstanding and the inconvenience, but I don't feel that we did anything wrong and I certainly didn't lie about anything.Respectfully,Greg R***

I am rejecting this response because: now they are lying when I called, because I expected to hear it was done the next day, I was told that they didn't even look at it yet so that why I sent in my complaint to start with Lied to through the entire process.

This customer brought his unit here for seven warranty issues. We are assuming that he is referring to the window trim rubber on the slide out end wall. Per protocol, the rubber was removed, cleaned and re-siliconed into the window. The slide was run in and out several times to test the repair and...

everything was fine. When the customer came to pick up his unit he checked the repair and the seal came off when he ran the slide out. The customer notified the sales manager that the issue was not resolved, because he picked up after the service department was closed. He was told by the sales manager that he would get with the service manager first thing in the morning, which he did. The customer called the next day and left a message for service which was answered. The customer was informed that the unit would be scheduled the following day. It was scheduled and repaired the following day to the customers satisfaction.

Just purchased a 2016 Salem RV on 6/11/16. We were very impressed with Paul in the Service Dept. He took about an hour to explain and demonstrate to us the features of our camper. This is the first purchase from Salem RV. We have had other campers over the past 50 years and no one ever took the time to go over the features of our camper. The sales staff; Bob, Frank, and Brett were great as well as Sandra and Melissa. We do enjoy the camper and hope to have a wonderful relationship with this dealership.
