When the customer brought the vehicle in for a noise, we looked the vehicle over and noticed that the sway bar bushings were worn and looked to be originalThey are a very common problem, and since they were worn, we tried that route first,
knowing that those parts are a common cause of noise in vehiclesWe thought that this repair would fix the issue, but also provided the customer with an estimate on new struts, as they looked to be original as well, and are another common source of noisesWhen the vehicle came in to our shop, the brake pads had 70% left, so we did not price new brake pads to the customerOn the final trip, we reinspected everything againThe customer was notified that there was a small lip on the brake rotors, and that may cause a small amount of noiseSince the brake pads had 70% remaining, and were very useable, we did not price new brake pads to the customerThe parts replaced on the customer's vehicle were original parts, and on a vehicle that has 175,miles on it, those parts are very common sources of noises or other problemsOur mechanics saw parts on the vehicle that were in disrepair, and we presented an estimate to the customer for approvalOnly after the customer approved the work, we completed the work as the estimate stated

[redacted] was billed $59 for an alignment she paid with check # [redacted]. When she came in to show us the documents she insulted our shop manager and insulting our staff indicating we were blind. We were happy to try to reach some sort of agreement and help her...

out but she continued to point her finder at my shop manager's face and at that point we had to politely ask her to leave. If she could not talk to us civilly we would have to end the conversation. We later received some documents from her showing where she bought the shocks and struts and the paperwork did show dates but did not indicate who or what date the shocks were put on.

I am rejecting this response because:  The company has not looked at the documentation which I have sent by certified mail to both them and Revdex.com.  The documentation clearly shows the work that was performed (struts) by [redacted] on 7/21 and paid by check which also a copy was included.  The business has not addressed the issue in the complaint.  I still am seeking the same resolution.
