Review: On 10/**/2014 at [redacted] my car was towed by TopNotch Auto Body from the Taconic State Parkway to their garage in [redacted], **, called by the [redacted] Police because they are the referral for [redacted] towing services.After declining the following day via phone on allowing TopNotch to repair my vehicle as I preferred having my own mechanic perform the repairs, The following unprofessional behaviors and activities took place(staff in my office are witnesses): 1. [redacted] at Topnotch refused to take my credit card over the phone after he quoted the price, then threatened to add $45 to the bill for storage fee even though their own policy, written on their forms, states First 24 hours free!2. Over the phone I emphasized to [redacted] to make sure all parts were back together when my mechanic's towing man picked up the car.3. TopNotch lied when I called telling them they forgot to put the engine cover, bolts and battery lock back on the car. [redacted]'s answer: "Your other mechanic lost it, not us." After I insisted he check, he called back and admitted they did have it.4. He said for me to come pick it up. I told him he was responsible for delivering the parts as I worked full days. He asked his boss in the background then said, "You gonna send us a box?" After being rude multiple times on the phone with his boss in the background, he finally stated he would deliver the parts the next day.5. Three days later [redacted] entered my office with all the parts but without the bolts, specialized bolts that fit only my car. I asked him where they were and he replied, "We don't have them, I personally put them on the car." I told him he was lying and my mechanic told me he was lying. He couldn't answer after I caught him. I told him he was going to pay for the parts and he replied, "Go ahead and sue me for two bucks [redacted]." My staff and I had to yell at him to get out of my office as he refused to leave.Desired Settlement: TopNotch needs to replace the bolts that fit my engine cover, [redacted].They are black plastic cog like tops with treaded bolts.
