THIS PLACE IS ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE!!! STAY AWAY IF YOU WANT ACTUAL SERVICE!!!

So I went through the trouble of having [redacted] tow my car here at 10pm only to be told I can't drop my car off!! It says all over the website it's 24 hr drop off. I point this out to the guy and he says the 24 hr part is just for the gas station. WHAT?! I pointed out that made no sense and then he says a flat tire isn't a repair. It's not? Since when? My tire was completely shredded and I needed a new one.

Even the [redacted] guy was pissed and started arguing with the man. But he refused to budge.

So I rode my bike back home while the [redacted] truck followed me. I get home and the [redacted] guy shows up 5 minutes later saying that he argued with the guy there and finally he was like oh "You need a new tire? You can leave it." Yeah homeboy [redacted] do you think we''ve been trying to tell you for the last 15 min?

The [redacted] guy offers to take me back to Salerno's but at this point I don't trust this dude at all. He should have at least taken the time to listen to me instead of shoo me away and he kept changing his story.

Since they offer a number to text, I did so explaining the whole situation. I received a reply at 130 AM!!! Completely unprofessional. Thanks for waking me up!!!

THEN the person (I'm assuming the owner) LIED giving me 2 stories. First it was we don't do tires. Then it was we wouldn't have helped you in the morning but the driver (the guy from [redacted]??) would leave your number. That's not what happened and why would the [redacted] give you my number??

Not only have I now wasted 45 minutes I have to go back to the mechanic tomorrow. Obviously another one because this place is COMPLETELY useless. If I could I would give this place zero stars.

Just another reason I'd rather go somewhere corporate than a mom and pop place. This would never happen at a well run chain and I certainly would have gotten a better response than the one I got at 130 am.

Review: Today, March *, 2015, at approximately 4:15 pm I pulled into the service station for regular grade gas. I asked for $15.00 of which I had cash to pay. The attendant pumped gas from pump 1. When he was done, he went to pump 4, printed a receipt for the $15.00 that was timed at 3:35 pm. When I looked at pump 1 where my gas was pumped from, the amount reading on the display was $8.00 instead of the $15.00 I had requested. When I questioned him, he had no response and did not offer to reimburse me the $7.00 difference. I have proof that I wasn't there at the time of the reciept because I clocked out of the building where I work at 3:58 pm and there is no way I could have been at the station at that time. I wolk at the local high school on [redacted].Desired Settlement: This business has an ethical obligation to its loyal customers (which I was one of) to be honest because we trust that we get the product that we pay for. Hire trustwothy people who will not scam the public.
