Dishonesty is their policy!! I bought a new couch that was to be delivered and when it was delivered they brought me a used couch!! After being avoided on several occasions I finally spoke to Greg Middendorp and he refused to return my money, told me to get out of the store and the wife / co owner hit me with the door! Save your self! Don't buy from these people!! Now it's off to file in small claims court... What a headache!

Review: We purchased a Full Sleigh Bed Set on 11/27/13 for my son. On 3/14/14 my son moved the bed fully assembled and broke a piece that screws on to the headboard and the side rail attaches to that piece. I contacted Sales Direct and explained to them what happened and they instructed me to email pictures of the broken piece, which I did. I called them on 3/20/14 and 3/21/14 to find out the status and I was told their company would replace the piece even though the bed was moved fully assembled.I even offered to pay for the replacement piece and they said don't worry about it.I have since contacted them on 4/8/14, 4/10, 5/13, 5/16, 5/27, 6/20, 6/27, and the final date being 7/9/14.Through these phone conversations I was told time after time the piece was on it's way, and the wrong piece was sent 3 times and they had to reorder it.Today when I called I spoke to [redacted] and told her I was more patient than most people in this situation, and that this was beyond ridiculous and I was going to contact the Revdex.com and let them handle it. She became very angry, told me she was going to cancel my order and hung up on me.So I would greatly appreciate your help in resolving this matter.Thank YouDesired Settlement: All I want is the replacement piece for the bed in a timely manner even if I have to pay for it.

Customer purchased this full sleigh bed from us in November of 2013. As customer stated his son dragged bed across room and broke the leg. Customer contacted us to see about getting a new leg. Customer was informed that it was not a warranty issue to get customer a replacement leg. Customer was informed that it was not a warranty issue as it was broken improperly dragging fully assembled bed across room. We did try to get customer replacement leg. We contacted the manufacturer that the frame has been revised since the customer purchased it. Unfortunately there is not a replacement leg available for the frame the customer purchased. We did try to see if another warehouse had one, but again was unsuccessful in finding one. We did the best we could at trying to find the customer a replacement leg.
