On Monday, June my office received a call from a representative from Bank of America representing *** *** of "For Sale by Builder Magazine" who was claiming that she had canceled her account in February and was continuing being charged after she canceled her account. In that phone call with the representative from Bank of America, I explained to MsJohnson that in fact she never log in to her account in February as she claimedThat in fact she hadn't logged into her account after she created it on January 14, until she canceled it on Sunday June 5, I explained to MsJohnson and the Bank of America representative, that we could verify MsJohnson's IP address as and IP address ( Raleigh, North Carolina ) where *** *** of "For Sale by Builder Magazine " resides We had record of every time that she logged in to her account and could verify that her claim of canceling her account in February was in fact untrueMsJohnson became very upset stating that she did not believe me and that I was lying to her(See below)
We record everything our clients do for this very reason
Every time a client logs into their we record everything that client does in that sessionEvery time a client logs into their account we log their IP address with a date and timestampAs you can see below *** *** never log back in to her account after January 14, until she canceled it on June 5,
MsJohnson then claim that if she had not been logging into her account, then she was not using her account and therefore demanded a refund I explained to her that she was in fact using our services this entire time and had a live job posted to her and because she had not canceled her account as she claimed, the charges were correct and no refund was due

MsJohnson , then threatened that if we did not refund her money that she would make a claim with the Revdex.com and that she was online making that complaints while myself and the representative from Bank of America was on the phone with herAs a professional courtesy I offered to give MsJohnson equal time on our website for free and that we would work with her to write a proper job description with our recruiting staff to help her get the hires that she needed
When I informed MsJohnson that filing a complaint with the Revdex.com would be considered slanderous, she then looked for anything she could find on our website to make any sort of claim and attempt to use the Revdex.com as a form to retain a refund that she could not obtain from her own bank because they were a witness to that very phone call and because of that phone call and proof that we provided in that phone call, she was denied
Kim's Johnson's had our one job posting in one location account for $a monthThe services that she's claiming she did not receive are for clients who have access to our resume bank which is our $a month accountsSo the services that she's claiming she did not receive is because she did not have the proper account to receive those servicesWe've been in business for over years and have never had any confusion of this however, as a courtesy to MsJohnson I have taken the steps to have our team take a look at that
Again my offer still stands for her if she would like to take advantage of having free access to our website for equal time for free

Why would they send me 20 resumes for the first 90 days and none the last 70 if I never had access to those services. I'm sure their records can prove I never changed my account so his argument that I did not have access to the resume bank which is $[redacted] a month is completely false.Sincerely,[redacted]
