I booked [redacted] as a photographer for my 2011 wedding. It is now two years later and counting and I am still waiting for my final products to be delivered to me. I am waiting on the DVD of my high-resolution wedding photos and the coffee-table wedding book of photos from my wedding day. The contract says that it should only take 2 weeks for digital photos to be delivered and 6-10 weeks for the wedding album to be created and sent for printing. [redacted] has breached this portion of the contract. I hope to save future clients from this experience and hence I am officially filing this complaint against him. [redacted] has periods where he will be unresponsive to my calls, texts, and emails for several weeks. Then, when I do hear from him, his response is usually an apology, wrapped around some sort of excuse, such as "I am just now clearing my emails", "I just started film school", "I am dog tired from working late tonight", "I am traveling out of the country/state", "I sent you an email, but it looks like you did not receive it so I am sending again", "There was a printing back-log due to the high wedding season", "You are one of 15 customers I have to answer to, imagine how overwhelmed I feel". His responses typically end with some sort of appreciation for my patience. I feel that [redacted] is taking advantage of my patience and it is now well-past time for him to deliver our final products. I talked to one other client who used him and we share the same experience.Product_Or_Service: Photography Products and ServicesDesired Settlement[redacted] promised a $400 refund. In addition, we agreed that I will not pay him the remaining 25% of his fees that are due on receipt of our final product. I still want the coffee-table wedding book we agreed to, which he says is at the "binery", but he has failed to provide me with the name of the company who is printing the book. I also want all of the high-resolution photos from our wedding day. I request that [redacted] is held to these negotiated terms and delivers all that we have discussed.
