A few days before the service call which took place on August XX XXXX we received a call from *** the complainantShe stated that the washer would not spin or agitate and was making a grinding noiseWe booked a call for August 21st
When the technician arrived *** *** (complainant was not there this day)We found out the washer would not drain eitherWe heard a noise coming from the pumpWhen the pump was checked a bobby pin and plastic object was found to be caught in the pumpThe objects were removedThe washer was then tested by putting it through the cycles and it was working fine and the noise was goneweeks later on September or we received a call from the complainant that the washer was not spinningWe returned Friday September 11thAgain the complainant was not there, ***At that time we checked and found that the pump was clear and the washer would drainWhen we investigated further we found that a noise was coming from the transmission, a new problemHad the transmission been the problem weeks prior the family would not have been able to do any loads of laundryWe were told on that day,*** that prior to it not working at least loads of laundry had been doneThe problem with the transmission was a new problemUnfortunately this was not feasible to repair and I informed them of thatI charged for my service call as I normally would as this was a new call for a new unrelated issueWe certainly do guarantee our parts and labor however this was unfortunately an unrelated problem that happened shortly after I had been there for the first callIt was simply poor timimg

They were called in for the first time and the grinding noise stopped but was still making noises it never stopped making noises he just decided that the items in was the problem it obviously we not the first time in there were noises not when he claims to have fixed it only one noise went away he charged me twice for the same issue

When we provided the initial service call *** only informed of noise not as the complainant is now suggestingWhen we removed the bobby pin and tested the machine it was working and the complainants *** who was at the service call even commented that "now it sounds again" and was happy about thatAs previously stated when we left that service call the machine was functioning normally, there was no additional noise, and we did not hear back from the complainant until weeks laterIf there was a second noise *** not informed of it at the first service call, and the complainants *** did not express any concernsIf there was an additional noise or problem we should have been notified right away, we would have advised her not to use the appliance until we returnedUsing an appliance for weeks with a noise is not advisable

I called to book original appointment and told *** there were noises we never used it for weeks I had just done all my laundry at the laundromat so didn't need to do laundry it was weeks before I used it and only did loads of laundry so I guess there saying sence it worked when he left it doesn't matter that it only worked for loads not very good way to run a business most stand behind there work but not then it worked when they walked out the door well mostly worked still making noise so that's it they don't care once they are out the door
